Deadline: 1 March – have you already provided SODRA with the data about the professions of your employees?

Lithuania: This is a reminder for employers that from 1 November 2013 when informing the Lithuanian Social Security Insurance SODRA about a new employment relationship they must include in the amended 1-SD form information on the new employee’s profession according to the Lithuanian classification system for professions.

Additionally, no later than 1 March 2014 employers must use the 14-SD form to register the professions of all employees by reference to the four-digit profession codes of the classification.

Forms 1-SD and 14-SD can be found in the Order of the Director of SODRA of 18 October 2013, No VE-117 (Žin., 2013, Nr.112-5614).
