Their latest ranking puts bnt attorneys in CEE at the top of the field in no fewer than four practice areas – Corporate and M&A, Dispute Resolution, Real Estate, as well as Tax. Legal500 finds these accolades are well-earned primarily thanks to bnt’s high level of legal expertise, excellent understanding of the business environment, and the ability to quickly provide cross-jurisdictional advice within the EU.

Peter Maysenhölder is in charge of the Corporate and M&A practice group. “His team collaborates with the Real Estate PG on property transactions and provides advice on corporate-law issues to domestic and international companies and investment funds. The firm’s increased focus on corporate transformations is particularly noteworthy,” writes Legal500 in their assessment. In 2021, the Corporate practice group oversaw transactions with a combined value of more than 3.2bn crowns in altogether 9 countries.
Peter Maysenhölder is also head of the Dispute Resolution team, which has been described by Legal500 as follows: “The practice group has worked on a number of commercial-law, regulatory, private-law, and criminal-law disputes. It is equally strong in advising a clientele composed of domestic and international companies that are active in industries such as real estate, automotive, healthcare, energy, and collective investment schemes. The firm earned itself a stellar reputation in the market also because of major successes in administrative-law cases before the Supreme Court and the Constitutional Court.”
