Latvia: On 18 February 2016, at the invitation of bnt attorneys-at-law, sixteen participants attended a seminar on the legal essentials of the construction business in Germany.
The seminar was held at bnt’s offices; during the seminar and at the following reception the participants enjoyed lively discussion on construction business issues and the legal implications.
The “Meet the Experts: Construction law in Germany” seminar offered an overview of legal aspects of the construction business in Germany, including:
o the parties involved in the construction process
o legal basics of construction law
o contracts, duties and pitfalls
o social security and labour law
