Romania: bnt’s team in Romania assisted a limited partnership company in concluding a lease agreement including a construction phase with a Belgian developer

A limited partnership company, respectively an international combined transport company, was assisted by the BNT team in Romania in negotiating and concluding a lease agreement including a construction phase with Belgian developer.

The aforementioned company was born in 2012 and has committed itself to providing a link between Turkey and Europe, Central Asia and the Middle East.

Among the company’s locations are Istanbul, Timisoara, Sofia, Belgrade and Baghdad, where more than 50 regional experts provide services in the shipping, purchasing and customs clearance segments.

The Belgian developer occupies a prominent place on the Amsterdam-Antwerp-Brussels-Lille-Paris logistics axis and has a growing strategic portfolio in Romania.

In total, the Belgian developer is currently developing investments of €133 million in Bucharest, Ștefăneștii de Jos, Buzău, Deva, Roman, Slatina and Timișoara. Three of the projects taken on by the company are due for completion later this year, by the end of the third quarter of 2023.
