Romania: bnt Romania assisted one of the largest renewable energy producers in the Czech Republic

We are pleased to share that bnt Romania assisted one of the largest renewable energy producers in the Czech Republic, Solar Global, in the legal due diligence process and in both the pre-transactional and transactional phases for the acquisition of a ready-to-build Project of a 4.6 MW photovoltaic park located in Arad County, Romania.
