The law firm bnt Gilescu Văleanu & Partenerii assisted Procredit Bank in granting a €3.15 million credit facility to nextE Group for the construction of a 7.4 MWp photovoltaic power plant.
The Banking & Finance team of bnt Gilescu Valeanu & Partenerii’s Bucharest office, led by Managing Partner Ovidiu Văleanu, provided legal assistance during the negotiation and signature of the loan agreement and other financing documents. The financing was granted for the construction of a photovoltaic power plant with an installed capacity of 7.4 MWp in Bistrita Năsăud county. The Bistrița-Năsăud PV power plant project, located on the property of a manufacturing facility, will operate on a rent and operate model.
