Vilnius office is searching for an ATTORNEY (Corporate and M&A) to join our team!

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious attorney to take a key role in our Lithuanian Corporate and M&A.

You:

  • Have at least 5 years’ experience in Corporate and M&A (experience in Real Estate transactions is a plus)
  • Are a qualified attorney (advokatas/advokatė)
  • Easily connect with people and build strong relationships
  • Are business-minded, goal-oriented, and eager to take on responsibility and leadership roles
  • Thrive on challenges and problem-solving
  • Have attention to detail while maintaining a broader strategic perspective
  • Uphold high professional and ethical standards
  • Are fluent in Lithuanian and English (German is a plus)
  • Enjoy working in both local and international teams
  • Aspire to become a partner in a law firm
