Arbitration in the Baltic States

A new article about the Current Status of Commercial Arbitration in the Baltic States: Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia, was published by bnt partner Theis Klauberg and legal assistant Maria Kekäläinen in Tidskrift 5-2016 (Finland).

Commercial arbitration plays an increasingly important role in the Baltic States, but problems remain with regard to the legal framework and practice in Latvia.
