Qualifications:
- degree from an acredited law school
- bar certification in Romania
- 3+ years of experience in corporate or business law
- extremely detail oriented with an ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines
- possess well-developed legal writing skills, effective time management
- strong organizational and project management skills
- litigation experience
- great client interface skills
- ability to work independently
- motivation to continuously improve own knowledge and abilities
- ability to use basic office software
Of advantage:
- previous experience in law offices or business enterprises
- additional knowledge of foreign languages, in particular German language
- study or work experience abroad
Activities:
- 3+ years of experience
- good knowledge of corporate and commercial related matters, experience in dispute resolution, data privacy, labour law
- draft, review, and negotiate a diverse range of agreements, and file comprehensive complaints and airtight responses
- work closely with team to prepare comprehensive customized documents
- perform industry research on legal matters related to specific matters, as well as applicable legislation
- make frequent court appearances, hearings, and pre-trial negotiations
- fluent English skills – both written and spoken
